About the Role
Seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Mexicali manufacturing facility, overseeing production, maintenance, and process improvements to achieve goals safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead production and maintenance activities.
- Drive quality, lean / 5S, and continuous improvement.
- Support adoption of automation / technology where feasible.
- Maintain a strong safety culture; provide team training.
- Support automation and process-enhancement projects.
- Report operational metrics to management in Anaheim.
