Finance Intern

Finance Intern Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Intern . This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting, working closely with our accounts payable team to support the processing of invoices and management of payments to vendors. Responsibilities : Assist in processing and recording vendor invoices in the accounting system. Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure compliance with internal policies and agreed payment terms. Help reconcile accounts payable, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate in preparing vendor payments, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records of accounts payable transactions. Support the generation of monthly reports on the status of accounts payable. Communicate with vendors to resolve inquiries and clarifications about invoices and payments. Participate in special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements : Active student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Ability to work with spreadsheets and accounting software; experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Schedule and Work Arrangement : Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7 am to 2 pm. Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work. Location : Oficinas en el Parque (Torres Moradas), Monterrey, N.L.
