Job Summary :

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee BIWIN Storage's product portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the development and lifecycle management of our storage solutions, balancing technical requirements with market needs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our products remain competitive and aligned with customer demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy :

Define and execute product roadmaps for BIWIN's storage solutions

Identify market opportunities and develop business cases for new product development

Market Research :

Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

Stay abreast of storage technology trends and evolving customer requirements

Product Development :

Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product specifications

Manage product development timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new products

Lifecycle Management :

Monitor and manage existing product performance, making recommendations for improvements or EOL decisions

Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches

Provide product training and sales enablement support to internal teams

Performance Tracking :

Establish KPIs to measure product success and create regular performance reports

Analyze product profitability and market share to guide strategic decisions

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred

4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the storage industry or IT hardware

Strong understanding of storage technologies (SSDs, DRAM, memory cards)

Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Proven track record of successful product launches

Experience with product management methodologies and tools
