Descripción del trabajoEmployee Self Service and Manager Self Service : You should have experience with portal development and related functionalities, including creating custom applications and interfaces. HR Fiori Custom Applications : You will design and develop custom HR Fiori applications, including front-end design and back-end service approaches. Compensation and Benefits : You will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs, including preparation of functional specifications for ABAP developments. Time Management and Payroll : You will manage time management and payroll systems, including interface development and data transfer. SuccessFactors Support : You should have knowledge of SuccessFactors support, including data analysis and reporting. Payscale and Interface Development : You will develop interfaces to support data transfer to and from multiple vendors, including pay scale management. Training Materials and User Guides : You will create training materials and user guides, including documentation of processes and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong SAP HCM experience : You must have hands-on experience with SAP HR configuration, including payroll management, time management, and benefits administration.
- Organizational Management : You should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Personnel Administration
: You will be responsible for administering personnel-related tasks, including employee data management, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws.
