Professional Services Architect

The Professional Services Architect is a key member of the LATAM Professional Services organization, serving as a customer facing technical point of contact guiding and overseeing technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases. This role involves providing services delivery expertise to ensure a correct solution leading to a smooth transition of systems and processes, aligning with architecture principles. The successful candidate will primarily work from home but must be available to go on-site with clients when needed. Working hours are flexible Monday – Friday, with occasional after-hours to accompany customers maintenance windows and go-lives

Skills & Qualifications

• Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design.
• Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems and infrastructure.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs.
• Scripting is a plus.
• Experience with Fortinet portfolio is a plus
• Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies.
• Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies : Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN) and / or other cloud-based technologies.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Portuguese, English and Spanish
