We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on cold outreach via LinkedIn and email . This is a hands-on role : you’ll be building prospect lists, crafting personalized messages, and running outreach campaigns with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for our sales team.Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to engage decision-makers.
  • Personalize connection requests, follow-ups, and outreach sequences to improve conversion.
  • Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Track all activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, responses, and booked meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound lead generation role.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience targeting executives or enterprise-level clients.
  • Knowledge of A / B testing and optimizing outreach sequences.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
