Job Summary
The Senior SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Engineer leads the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is responsible for architecting scalable applications, automating business processes, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in security, governance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced SharePoint Online solutions including site collections, custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Design and develop complex Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) and Power Automate flows to streamline business operations.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, and external data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Establish and enforce governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for Power Platform solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.5+ years of hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and REST APIs.Proficiency in PowerShell, JSON, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus.Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio is a plus.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Nice to Have
Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform.Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Graph API.Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑400, PL‑600, MS‑600).Equal Opportunity Employer Statement
