Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the project team for the startup of a new manufacturing plant in Monterrey. The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer will report to the Project Manager and has the primary responsibility of managing the electromechanical execution of this greenfield project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of electromechanical execution including MEP contract implementation, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with global and regional engineering teams to ensure technical packages meet scope, safety, and cost targets.
• Lead contractors and consultants across mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and internal quality expectations.
• Oversee project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support permitting, community engagement, and cross-functional coordination with legal, EHS, and operations teams.
