As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with the Cloud Architecture team to implement scalable, secure, and automated solutions aligned with established designs.

Responsibilities include managing infrastructure as code, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting CI / CD workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AWS services, automation tools, and cloud security, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will perform technical duties related to cloud computing, including planning, design, and maintenance.How you will make an impact : Manage support tickets and address user inquiries via phoneTroubleshoot system errors, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performancePerform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issuesWrite automation scripts and troubleshoot cloud loads to meet business requirementsDevelop cloud solutions in partnership with architectsResearch new techniques for Cloud Design and AutomationTranslate technical requirements from customers and present evaluations to technical leadsWhat you'll need (Requirements) : Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management System)At least 3 years of related experienceExperience with Cloud Infrastructure and Software solutionsWhat else we look for : Proficiency in EnglishExperience with AWS S3, Redshift, Azure DW, Azure Blob StoragePrevious experience with ServiceNowProficiency with requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical analysis toolsExperience with Microsoft Azure and AWS preferredFamiliarity with container and resource management technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Apache MesosExperience working under supervision of a senior technical leadStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS componentsSolid knowledge of AWS VPCs, Subnets, EC2s, routing, and other servicesAbility to write scripts in Javascript, Python, C++ is preferredAttention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
