Learning Management System Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to support our training and development team. As an LMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the LMS administrator and employees who use the system.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning solution content. Additionally, they should have a working knowledge of development tools and proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand.

Responsibilities include :

• Uploading, publishing, managing, testing, and deploying content, including online courses, competency testing, quality improvement, and document control.
• Maintaining data integrity related to uploads and input from other sources for instructional function.
• Collaborating to determine effective methods to package and deploy training based on ease of use, completion, and tracking requirements within an instructional function.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and maintain the LMS.
• Responding to ticketing systems for errors and troubleshooting resolution within a particular instructional function.
• Servicing the development, maintenance, and enforcement of processes and practices related to the use and administration of the LMS.
• Providing technical assistance to learners and other system administrators.
