Descripción del trabajoProven experience in selling premium residential developments with a minimum value of 5M MXN. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with AAA clients. Advanced English language proficiency; additional languages are an asset. Academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields, preferably with an MBA or postgraduate degree. Knowledge of digital marketing. Ability to travel within Mexico City and Merida as required.
We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our premium segment projects.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for residential units in exclusive areas.
- Oversee construction progress, corporate showroom, and titling processes.
- Design and implement sales experiences for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- Represent the brand at exclusive events, fostering relationships with clients and partners.
