The Role
We are looking for a Product Training Specialist which role is responsible for designing, developing, imparting and continuously improving product training materials that empower sales advisors across the dealer network. This role ensures the sales force is equipped with up-to-date, market-relevant knowledge and tools to maximize sales performance. By analyzing market trends and collaborating with the product team, the position creates impactful content—such as videos, manuals, and interactive activities—and oversees training launches with vendor support. The position plays a key role in maintaining competitiveness and delivering a standout training experience in the evolving automotive landscape. Also, ensures the knowledge stays within GWM and keeps consistency across materials.

Requirements
This position needs to have an excellent understanding of the market, technical terms, product & competitors and how to translate all this characteristics into sales arguments and to be easily understandable by the Sales Advisors. The position needs to have very good teaching skills, product & industry knowledge and great teamwork.
