About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner who will take full ownership of the MiCoach product lifecycle — from strategy to execution. This role requires a business-driven, customer-obsessed leader who can define the vision, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact. The Product Owner will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to shape the future of MiCoach, ensuring scalability, usability, and competitive advantage in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision & Strategy : Define and articulate the product roadmap aligned with MiCoach’s mission; stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and user needs.
• Drive Execution & Delivery : Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements; prioritize and deliver high-quality releases with measurable results.
• Customer & Data Obsessed : Gather customer insights through interviews, analytics, and usage data; define and track KPIs to measure product performance; validate ideas through pilots and experiments.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions; influence stakeholders without direct authority; communicate product decisions clearly.
• Market & Competitive Analysis : Benchmark against leaders for innovation and best practices; identify opportunities to leverage AI, data, and business models for product growth.
