Job Summary : Reporting directly to our Engineering Manager and working out of our Tijuan site, an early-career professional responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes. They assist in troubleshooting equipment, analyzing production data, and implementing processes and improvements on existing ones to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, they help bridge the gap between design and production, provide technical support to operators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
