About role :

Develop strong partnerships and consistently communicates with the hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and recruiting team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible of Selection, Recruitment of all personnel (Exempt and Nonexempt) for Mexicali.
  • Actively manages requisition priorities to ensure positions are being filled with quality candidates promptly.
  • Incorporate comprehensive and targeted candidate attraction techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple skill sets and variety of positions.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Active participation in all company events.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Labor Relations, Public Accountant or Industrial Engineer.
  • Bilingual.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Expert level skill in interviewing techniques with ability to apply various recruiting practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills within Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to focus on customer experience while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, and drive for results
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a corporate recruiter in a full desk recruitment position
  • Capacity to work under pressure
