This role supports global payroll execution, financial compliance, and budget tracking across international teams, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment in mobility operations.

A Day in the Life : Manage executive and non-executive payroll cycles, including payslip distribution and salary calculationsOversee recharges, budget accruals, invoicing payments, and reclassification tasksCollaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams to validate sensitive employee and financial dataTrack monthly budgets and support annual planning across multiple entitiesResolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with international tax regulationsWho We're Looking for : Required : Bachelor's degree in accounting, International Relations, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (preferably with a focus on global mobility)3-4 years of experience in finance or payroll operationsAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or SAPHigh attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential dataDesired : Bilingual in English; Portuguese is a plusFamiliarity with multi-country payroll structures and regional complianceStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsExperience in procurement and payment control of end-user toolsAbility to manage complex projects and meet deadlinesReporting line : Reports to : Manager, GPS Hub Tactical Center Supervisory capacity : n / a What You'll Look Forward to at Nissan : Career Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities : Benefit from diverse career paths, cross-departmental moves, and innovative learning platforms.
