Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conversational AI Specialist to serve as the key liaison between client business needs and our deployed AI solutions. This individual will be responsible for translating complex requirements into production-ready, high-performing conversational agents, ensuring they are flawlessly configured and launched to deliver tangible business value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversation design, flow implementation, and performance optimization. They will work closely with clients to analyze their key challenges and operational pain points, translating them into detailed, actionable, and technically sound configuration plans for the AI solution.

This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for deconstructing complex processes and designing logical, efficient systems. The successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset, capable of drawing meaningful insights from data to inform decisions and measure the impact of optimizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Technical, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG concepts is highly desirable.
