Job Summary
The Sales Support Manager role involves providing crucial support to the sales team and managing various projects.
This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage a team responsible for supporting the global wholesale team.
- Act as a main point of contact between Sales, Licensing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the auditing of sales order documents and ensure all necessary information is provided.
- Provide training and guidance to sales support staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales support efficiency.
