As the owner of your own sales pipeline, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong and sustainable relationships with key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring excellent execution of sales strategies and long-term client satisfaction.

We are seeking someone with proven experience in sales growth, who is passionate about building partnerships and eager to drive results while contributing to our company’s success.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze market research and data to identify opportunities.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and meet targets.
  • Manage lead generation, RFPs, and system demos.
  • Oversee and grow your client portfolio, developing KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Keep clients engaged through timely communication and industry updates.
  • Develop accurate quotations and negotiate deals (rates, margins, agreements).
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and branch guidelines.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate studies are a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or purchasing roles with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Experience in logistics and transportation is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, network, and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Experience with client SOPs, KPIs, and account management.
  • Proficiency in English is required; international or multicultural experience is a plus.
