About The Role

Radian Generation is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in the renewable energy industry. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by conducting market research, performing outbound calling, and working closely with sales representatives to identify and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and a passion for Helping customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Market Research : Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market opportunities within the renewable energy sector. Help to analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
• Outbound Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our solutions. Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
• Lead Qualification : Assess and qualify potential leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making processes to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
• Collaboration with Sales Reps : Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide all necessary information and context to support successful conversions.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and lead generation activities in the CRM system (Salesforce). Regularly update and manage the project and lead pipeline to ensure data integrity.
• Reporting : Regularly report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
