The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new hires by conducting performance management and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify business needs, build a high-performing team, and lead talent recruitment efforts.
- Effectively manage expatriate personnel and ensure seamless integration within the group.
- Support additional projects as assigned by the leader.
Requirements
Successful candidates will possess :
A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources.A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, preferably with a track record of improving talent acquisition strategies.Strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to enhance employee engagement.Local HR experience in Mexico, with proficiency in spoken Chinese; English or Spanish is an asset.Excellent professional ethics, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
