Descripción del trabajoA Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources. A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, preferably with a track record of improving talent acquisition strategies. Strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to enhance employee engagement. Local HR experience in Mexico, with proficiency in spoken Chinese; English or Spanish is an asset. Excellent professional ethics, communication, and coordination skills are essential.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new hires by conducting performance management and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify business needs, build a high-performing team, and lead talent recruitment efforts.
- Effectively manage expatriate personnel and ensure seamless integration within the group.
- Support additional projects as assigned by the leader.
