Overview
INFORMATION : Supervises and leads the team, coordinating needs with other departments (Quality inspector, ME, Supply chain, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team, and coordinate needs with other departments (Quality inspector, ME, Supply chain, etc.).
- Update as needed, with detailed schedule planning including lead times and the number of people required to monitor production performance (Ratio, OTD).
- Generate and monitor production line KPIs.
- Explain and validate planning and KPI with the team (SQCDA); dispatch kitting and job cards to the team in accordance with production planning and supervisor guidance (supported by team leaders as needed).
- Check that production objectives are reached (Quality, OTD, Ratios).
- Ensure respect, maintenance, and cleanliness of workplaces, tools, and tooling allocated to the team, ensuring team safety and compliance with internal regulations.

Pay : $1.00 - $2.00 per month.
