Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Support Analyst. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to product, pricing, and availability questions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. You should also have the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively. A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required, and advanced English is necessary for effective communication.
