Descripción del trabajoDevelop and review procurement documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Manage the circulation, archiving, and ledger updates of contracts and procurement files. Support audits by ensuring all documentation and processes meet legal and internal requirements. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality standards. Coordinate supplier registration, quotations, evaluations, and ongoing performance reviews. Rigorously review contracts for accuracy, validity, and compliance. Provide clear guidance to departments on procurement processes and remove bottlenecks. Support communication flow, reporting, and internal review meetings. Collaborate with IT to resolve system-related procurement issues and promote optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in procurement or related positions. Knowledge of procurement processes, project management, and document control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or ARIBA is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
