Position Objective : Support projects and activities related to continuous improvement by using analytical methodologies.Majors : Industrial Engineer or related Fields.Academic Level : Student in the final semesters or currently eligible for professional internship.Preferred Knowledge : -Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and / or Six Sigma.

Process mapping (VSM).

Data analysis (Intermediate / Advanced Excel, Power BI is a plus).

Basic understanding of performance indicators (KPIs).

Soft Skills : Proactive.Organized.Creative.Language : Fluent English.Responsibilities : -Support the identification of improvements.

Participate in data collection and analysis.

Collaborate in the design and implementation of visual factory.

Document procedures and workflows.

Take part in training or awareness activities related to continuous improvement.
