We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager. This role involves driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with resellers.Key Responsibilities : Establish and nurture partnerships with assigned resellers to increase sales.Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic account plans that promote NCR's complete solution portfolio.Identify new market opportunities and provide support to partners in reaching end customers.Participate in customer meetings to assist partner sales efforts.Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage sales opportunities.Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure partner success.Monitor market trends and competitor activity.Provide feedback to improve programs, products, and strategies.Manage expenses responsibly and adhere to company guidelines.Requirements : Extensive experience in sales, preferably in channel or partner management.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Ability to travel frequently.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
