Senior Web Designer — Salesforce

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our highest-priority web projects and experiments, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design lead for a growth marketing and web pod, developing and implementing strategies to enhance web performance and user engagement.
• Lead the design process for critical web projects and experiments, from wireframing and prototyping to final execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver impactful product launches and experiments.
• Ensure design consistency and efficiency by contributing to and maintaining our design system.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating your design decisions and rationale.
