Accounts Receivable Manager – Call Center Operations
Location : Monterrey, MX
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our consumer collections team supporting the U.S. business. This role is responsible for optimizing AR performance, managing call center operations, and driving improvements in working capital.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead a high-performing call center team focused on B2C collections.
- Drive daily execution using KPIs : contact rates, recovery efficiency, and agent productivity.
- Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Foster a results-driven culture through regular team check-ins and 1 : 1s.
Operational Excellence
Analyze AR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and risks.Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and IT to resolve billing issues and streamline processes.Maintain professional customer interactions via calls, emails, and dispute resolution.Process & Systems
Identify and close process gaps across AR and credit functions.Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and reduce errors.Support integration of additional SAH divisions into shared services.Financial Oversight
Execute month-end close activities, including GL reconciliations and reporting.Manage bad debt reserve calculations and communications.Resolve escalated issues with urgency and ownership.Reporting & Communication
Present AR performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.Build and automate dashboards (Power BI) for real-time visibility into AR and call center metrics.Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.Qualifications
Skills & Experience
3–5+ years in AR or consumer collections, ideally in a call center setting.Strong understanding of AR processes, call center metrics, and U.S. consumer behavior.Fluent in English; excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and AR automation tools.Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
