Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications and infrastructure platforms.
• Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for the Managed Service Provider, leading system enhancements, project delivery initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Ensure database integrity, application availability, and seamless connectivity across enterprise systems.
