Senior Design Engineering Manager Position
This position involves leading a team of skilled design engineers and technicians through the entire design process. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, guaranteeing high-quality outputs that meet client specifications and industry standards.
The role entails managing, guiding, and mentoring a team to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing design methodologies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting design reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a design engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead position.
- Proficiency in design software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
- Experience in leading design projects in sectors like Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.
