Cyber Security Defense Engineer

About The Company : Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for a Cyber Defense Engineer to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico. Threat Analysis and Investigation : The candidate will be responsible for thoroughly investigating complex security alerts, not just the basic ones. SOC Operations : This role involves working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) team , collaborating with other global teams to ensure the company's security and resilience.

Analysis and Problem-Solving : Cybersecurity Knowledge : Understanding of cybersecurity principles, the threat landscape, and various attack vectors.

Experience with industry-leading SIEM and EDR tools for monitoring and analyzing security events.

Network Knowledge : Basic understanding of network protocols, traffic analysis, and the ability to identify suspicious activity.

Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python is a plus.
