OverviewIC2 Software Engineer Backend – Security Apps contributes to the development of backend security automation solutions within our cybersecurity team.

You\'ll build and maintain tools that strengthen our IAM and DevSecOps processes, collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient applications.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend solutions aligned with security and technical requirements.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support security applications.Implement containerized solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency.Write and maintain high-quality code, unit tests, and integration tests.Document code, architectures, and procedures to ensure maintainability.Work in agile sprints with Architecture, Data, and DevOps teams to deliver continuous releases.Gather and document requirements in JIRA stories, defining clear acceptance criteria.Test usability and accessibility to enhance user experience.Automate operational security tasks through scripts and tools.Follow secure data architecture guidelines for collection and storage.Provide design documentation and ensure availability of information for the security team.Actively participate in early testing to identify and resolve issues.Required Knowledge and Experience1–2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.Experience with Go and Java.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
