As a seasoned hardware engineering professional, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of control systems for power plants. With 7+ years of experience in HW design engineering, manufacturing, testing and hardware engineering, you will be responsible for evaluating Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for new and modernization installations, preparing I / O lists, and overseeing cabinet layout and IO channel / card assignment.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for new and modernization installations and prepare I / O lists to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.Develop and implement cabinet layouts and assign IO channels / cards to meet specific requirements and standards.Conduct detailed engineering of DCS system control cabinets to guarantee precision and efficiency.Perform heat load calculations for DCS / PLC cabinets to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.Design and develop network diagrams to visualize system connectivity and facilitate troubleshooting.RequirementsA Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited university.Proficient with Siemens Energy DCS-T3000 and Siemens S7-based systems, with hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, COMOS, E-Plan.Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.About the TeamOur Gas Services division is committed to making sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy a reality through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology.
