What you’ll do?
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed
- Implement and configure Service Cloud features, such as case management, entitlements, and service-level agreements.
- Develop and maintain Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, components, and themes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and end-users
