The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role. Experience as a Salesforce developer, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Experience with Service Cloud features, such as case management, entitlements, and service-level agreements Experience with Experience Cloud, including page layouts, components, and themes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients. You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools.
