Let's shape progress together.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and passionateSenior Software Engineerto join our global technology team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesInterface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirementsWrite and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system componentsComplete complex bug fixesImplement and guide others in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practicesIdentify operational requirements for logging, instrumentation, and alertingWork closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designsSuccessfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviewsOperate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholdersResolve intermediate technical issues as necessaryEngage in pair programming to support the learning and development of othersMentor less senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniquesAll other duties as assignedRequirements6+ years of Software Engineering experienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent requiredKnowledge of continuous software delivery practicesIntermediate knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Intermediate proficiency with data manipulation languages and optimization techniquesIntermediate understanding of normalized / dimensional data modeling principlesIntermediate knowledge of multiple data storage subsystemsConfident practitioner in development languages including but not limited to : Java / J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C / C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Unix, .

Net, React.Proficient research and problem-solving skillsDeveloping knowledge of industry best practices in developmentExperience using and developing applicable toolsetsAbility to interface effectively with internal and external technical teamsKnowledge of test-driven developmentStrong oral and written communication skillsWork In a Way That Works For YouWe promote a healthy work / life balance across the organisation.
