The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Agile Business Development :
  • Identify business opportunities by promoting IT and digital marketing solutions to interactive entertainment companies.
  • Develop strategies leveraging social media platforms and open marketing channels to attract clients and drive revenue.
  • Use data-driven insights and advanced sales techniques to create marketing and IT solutions that meet client needs and goals.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Collaboration :
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement marketing strategies across open-source platforms and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and others ).
  • Build partnerships with influencers, content creators, and gaming communities to increase brand visibility.
  • Utilize community-driven marketing and social media analytics to refine strategies and improve client engagement.
  • Provide Feedback to Product Developers :
  • Collaborate with product developers to provide valuable feedback on product advancements, ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and product teams, sharing insights to continuously improve products based on user feedback.
  • Basis for Project Collaboration :
  • The employer starts with the 2 months “get to know” collaboration which is a trial period for both parties, to evaluate mutual success and ensure alignment for long-term collaboration.
  • During the trial phase, work closely with the employer to establish clear goals and assess the success of the collaboration, with a focus on productivity and value generation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations throughout the trial to ensure mutual alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Sales & Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, CTOs (in case applicable) and game developers.
  • Apply value-based sales techniques to provide tailored IT and marketing solutions, maximizing success and revenue.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, generating leads and ensuring productive, long-term business relationships.
  • IT & Marketing Integration Expertise :
  • Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive IT and marketing solutions , ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Use data from social media and open-source marketing tools to improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Collaboration on Open Marketing Platforms :
  • Lead partnerships with open-source marketing platforms and social media influencers to expand client reach.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in collaborative marketing and community-driven platforms, incorporating them into strategies for greater success.
  • The Profile

    Skills & Qualities :

  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Expertise : Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and open-source marketing channels.
  • Product Feedback & Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with product developers and provide actionable feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Freelance Flexibility : Capable of managing your time and projects independently while working in a freelance capacity.
  • Sales & Marketing Techniques : Proficient in consultative selling, value-based approaches, and using social media and open platforms to engage clients.
  • CRM & Social Media Tools : Experience with CRM systems and social media management tools to optimize campaign performance and client engagement.
  • Client-Centric Focus : Strong focus on delivering tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3+ years in business development, sales, or digital marketing, with experience in social media, open marketing platforms, or product development collaboration.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, Fintech, or related fields.
  • Languages : Strong command : of English Language
