This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, equity, and compliance with local and international standards, while driving HR data analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies (salary structures, benefits, equity).
– Oversee HR data analytics, dashboards, and workforce metrics across multiple countries.
– Lead audits, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Finance and Payroll.
– Supervise and guide the C&B team, aligning policies with business goals.
– Act as subject matter expert on job grading, policy development, and C&B best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Accounting, Business, or related.
– Advanced expertise in global C&B frameworks and benchmarking.
– Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
– Experience with HRIS (Dynamics 365 preferred).
– Fluent English (C1 / C2).
