About the “El Puesto” Restaurant

Dining here is an homage to the sea, showcasing local seafood and premium fish sourced from Japan, all crafted with Japanese techniques, flavors, and the tradition of omakase.

At sunset, El Puesto presents a 10‑course omakase journey where Japanese precision meets the richness of the Sea of Cortez. Each dish blends the finest local and Japanese ingredients, celebrating both tradition and a true sense of place.

At the sushi counter, our resident sushi chef presents each course as a personal ritual, creating an intimate connection and an elevated culinary experience that reflects the harmony between Japanese culinary artistry and the bounty of the Baja California peninsula.
