This role will lead a first- and second-level support team for users across the Spanish Caribbean and West Indies, ensuring the platform runs efficiently and remains aligned with both business and People & Culture needs.

Advanced English (spoken and written).

~ Regional experience supporting multi-country operations.

~ Prior leadership experience managing IT or application support teams.

~ Oversee configuration, optimization, and performance of the platform.

~ Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and data governance.

~ Coordinate with internal SAP and P&C teams for workflow integration and enhancements.

~ Lead training initiatives and adoption plans for end users.
