Product Manager - Digital Solutions

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that involves studying end-user needs, defining product features and coordinating activities across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on small features of software applications, with a customer-facing digital subject matter expertise. They will be responsible for gathering and writing requirements for application features and conducting competitive analyses.

In this role, you will also recommend long-term product plans (i.e., roadmaps). This will involve conferring with engineering, marketing, clients, prospects, operations, legal and others.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or related field is required. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar role in an Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar software application development and / or project management team environment is also necessary.

Candidates must have customer-facing digital subject matter expertise with experience working on small features of software applications.
