Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Our facility located in Puebla, MX is looking for a highly motivated Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team!

What you'll do

• Lead project management for internal processes, full-scale project execution, and new project industrialization.
• Manage CAPEX planning and execution and oversee the Maintenance Area.
• Oversee Engineering Change Management (ECR / ECO), including cost, BOM, and material planning.
• Coordinate model changes, pre-series vehicles, and SOP / EOP phases, serving as the main customer interface for technical assembly issues.
• Develop, implement, and audit manufacturing processes, conducting Process and Equipment FMEAs.
• Perform failure analysis and evaluations, monitoring statistics from E-checks and PLC data; participate in ergonomic assessments.
• Contribute to the Plant Improvement Plan and define / achieve the MOD HC budget through efficient cost management (DLE / DLP).
• Ensure plant-wide understanding of MSES KPIs and their correlation with P&L performance to support action prioritization.
