  • Database Technologies SQL MS SQL Server Relational Databases
  • Investigate Triage Diagnose issues and Troubleshoot activities to resolve issues reported

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

  • Familiar with Azure DevOps TrackIT ServiceNow

    • Soft Skills

  • As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge Flood underwriting knowledge
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
