Document Control Technician – Capacity Document Management.
Location : Mexico (with availability for relocation to Madrid, Spain ).

Position Overview :
We are seeking a Document Control Technician to join the Capacity Document Management team, responsible for the tracking, organization, and archiving of all documentation generated during the planning and execution of electrical infrastructure projects .
The role ensures that all project documentation meets contractual, technical, and quality requirements, supporting efficient information flow and compliance across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage Master Document Lists (MDL) or Master Document Registers (MDR) , verifying document titles, codes, statuses, and contractual deadlines.
Review and ensure proper classification and organization of documentation according to internal standards.
Create and manage document markers , collaborating with the project team to maintain an organized document structure.
Participate in data extraction from the 3D Experience platform for the preparation of progress and quality ratio reports.
Manage and track issues and incidents related to the 3D Experience platform, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements :
Technical or university degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related fields .
Experience in document control or technical documentation management within engineering or construction projects.
Familiarity with document management systems and 3D Experience platform (or similar).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work methodically in structured environments with large volumes of technical data.
Intermediate to advanced English level .
Availability to relocate to Madrid (Spain).
