We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Overview

The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing customer needs and designing a world-class customer portal that provides an exceptional user experience and meets the diverse requirements of our clientele. Additionally, this role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements. Design a world-class customer portal that enhances user experience and meets customer needs.
• Design and develop IT solutions leveraging AI to optimize business processes across CX, Logistics, Manufacturing and Commercial.
• Change Management : Continue to onboard customers to eCom and portal platforms.
• Provide technical support and training to CSR teams on newly implemented technologies.
