We want someone as unique as a seahorse in the ocean : Education / Experience : University degree preferred (MBA is a plus), but candidates with relevant experience in logistics or shipping will be considered regardless of academic background. Languages : Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both required). IT Skills : Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tables and graphs). Communication : Strong interpersonal and logical communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to connect with others are essential. Commercial Orientation : Sales- and PR-minded, with strong teamwork skills. Learning Attitude : Eager to learn and grow in the car carrier and maritime-land logistics business. Work Style : Fully available for office-based work. During the training period, attendance at the office at least 4 days a week and willingness to travel for training and customer visits will be required. Commitment : Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning in a specialized industry. What will you be doing? Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and partners. Identifying opportunities for growth and negotiating win-win solutions. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Participating in industry events and representing Maritimex with pride. Continuously learning about the maritime and logistics industry to provide the best solutions to our clients.
