Key Responsibilities :
- Own and execute our Amazon strategy—SVS program, product launches, content optimization, pricing, and promotions.
- Partner with marketing to lead Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and boost conversion.
- Oversee performance across Mercado Libre, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor sales and inventory, forecast demand, and ensure product availability.
- Deliver monthly reports with sharp insights and clear recommendations.
- Lead and develop a team of e-commerce executives, fostering growth and accountability.
Requirements :
3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, especially with Amazon.Deep understanding of Seller Central or Vendor Central and SVS program.Experience managing other marketplaces like Mercado Libre and Walmart.Strong analytical mindset and fluency in Excel and e-commerce tools.Experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace optimization.Proven leadership skills—ready to inspire and guide a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.Join our team and help shape the future of beauty e-commerce.
