We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and lead end-to-end implementations. You will play a critical role in delivering scalable, efficient, and user-friendly ServiceNow platforms tailored to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, challenges, and goals to recommend appropriate ServiceNow solutions
- Design technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and scalability
- Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concept prototypes to showcase proposed solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates and implementation timelines
- Lead technical teams, including developers, administrators, and stakeholders, throughout the implementation process
- Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet specific business requirements
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure solutions function as intended and meet performance standards
- Train end-users and support teams on the use of the ServiceNow platform
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability
- Facilitate smooth system adoption and address user concerns through effective change management
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends
- Support sales efforts by participating in pitches and presentations
- Collaborate with product vendors and partners to enhance solutions
- Develop internal best practices and maintain documentation to support future implementations
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow developmentA minimum of 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or CoordinatorAt least 1 year of experience managing a team of five or more employeesParticipation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects covering various phases of the development lifecycleProven track record in ITSM / ITOM with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform delivery aligned with organizational goalsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical information into straightforward conceptsCross-functional skills to drive collaboration between delivery teams and enterprise stakeholdersExtensive technical knowledge in areas such as data center operations, service design and delivery, enterprise monitoring, database architecture, and application developmentRich experience in consultative roles, architecture design, and ServiceNow developmentFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higherNice to have
Knowledge of advanced ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM / ITOMExperience in implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and platformsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS, Azure, Terraform)ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives using ServiceNowWe offer
