Let's shape the future together.Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies using established quality processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Translate business and technical requirements across products, systems, infrastructure, and software into clear and actionable test specifications.
• Create and manage test plans, execute performance tests, and analyze results to ensure objectives and benchmarks are met.
• Actively engage in team discussions, contributing insights and solutions to ongoing challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Need- Expert-level proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner, Neoload, or JMeter.
• Strong experience managing the full performance testing lifecycle.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in performance testing or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Bonus Points If You Have- Advanced knowledge of Capacity Management.
• Experience with Micro Focus Diagnostics.
• Deep understanding of Performance Testing Strategy at an enterprise level.
• Strong familiarity with the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
