Overview

Are you a seasoned C# developer looking to take the lead on building innovative, scalable applications? We’re looking for a Senior C# Developer to help design, develop, and deploy a cutting-edge application review tool that will transform how talent is assessed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of core features for an intelligent screening and scoring system.
  • Build high-quality, maintainable solutions with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Design efficient data models and database interactions with SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional C# development experience.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • A track record of delivering scalable, reliable software in an agile environment.
  • Great problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
  • Cloud experience with Azure / AWS / GCP (a plus).
  • Knowledge of Angular / React (nice to have).
