Summary - We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as buyer in the electronic or automotive industry, or previous experience as Customer service in a distribution company supplier of those type of some previous similar experience.
This is a mandatory requirement.Our Customer Service Reps provide service and support for our customers from Electronics, Automotive and Mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as : Expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, RMAs, Inside Sales support, between others.Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Ability to work independently and with teams to : Satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders.Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members.Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.Coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations.Grow to increase scope of responsibilities.Competencies - To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies : Customer Service orientedOral and written CommunicationTracking skillsTeamworkMultitaskOrganizational SupportPlanning / OrganizingProfessionalismExcellent quality and quantity of workAttendance / PunctualityDependabilityQuick learner

We need the candidate to have previous experience working with Electronics, Automotive or mechanical metal industry.Education and / or Experience : Associates degree from University (Engineering or Administrative degree); or a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales or a combination of education and experience.Computer Skills : The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
